Portugal’s Foreign Minister to meet with President Isaac Herzog

Portugal’s Foreign Minister Paulo Rangel is scheduled to meet with President Isaac Herzog this morning. Rangel arrived in Israel to hold discussions with all parties in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
